A beautiful 4 volume set of Thackeray’s works circa 1854, 1856, 1859, and 1869. Printed in Leipzig by Bernard Tauchnitz. The leather has retained a lot of its original blue and each book is covered in marbled paper inside and out. Titles include: The Newcomes, Roundabout Papers, Virginians and Miscellanies.
